Policies That Keep Our Community Safe and Fair

All students are expected to treat others with respect, take responsibility for their actions, and uphold the values outlined in our Student Handbook. Disciplinary matters are handled fairly, consistently, and with the student's development in mind.

Regular attendance is essential to academic success. Parents are asked to notify the school office of any absence by 8:00am. Extended absences require prior written notice to the Academic Office.

Our campus maintains strict health and safety standards, including regular facility inspections, a qualified on-site nurse, and clear emergency procedures communicated to all staff and students.

Greenfield maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bullying in any form. Students and parents are encouraged to report concerns to a teacher, year head, or our Student Affairs office, and all reports are addressed promptly.

Students using school devices, networks, or digital platforms are expected to use them responsibly and only for educational purposes. Age-appropriate content filtering and monitoring are in place across all school networks.

Students are expected to wear the approved school uniform daily, in accordance with our Uniform Guide. Exceptions for medical or religious reasons can be arranged through the Student Affairs office.

Admission is granted based on age-appropriate placement, completed documentation, and successful assessment. Withdrawal requires 30 days' written notice to the Admissions Office — see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
