Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment at Greenfield International Academy is subject to completion of the admissions process, submission of required documents, and agreement to the school's policies as outlined in the Parent and Student Handbooks.

2. Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are due according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment. Continued enrollment is contingent on fees being paid in accordance with agreed terms. Please refer to our Admissions page for current fee information.

3. Withdrawal Policy

Families wishing to withdraw a student must provide written notice to the Admissions Office at least 30 days in advance. Refund eligibility for prepaid fees is determined according to the withdrawal timing outlined in the enrollment agreement.

4. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to uphold the standards of behavior described in the Student Handbook. The school reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or dismissal, for serious or repeated violations.

5. Use of School Facilities

Access to school facilities, including sports, arts, and technology resources, is provided for educational purposes and subject to supervision and safety guidelines communicated by staff.

6. Photography and Media

The school may photograph or record students during school activities for use in official communications, the school website, and promotional materials, unless a parent or guardian has submitted a written opt-out request.

7. Limitation of Liability

While the school takes extensive safety precautions, Greenfield International Academy's liability for incidents occurring on campus or during school-organized activities is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Enrolled families will be notified of material changes via the Parent Portal.
